Psycho Powers is an entry in the GMC Jam #2 where the
theme was Insanity. It placed 3rd out of 28 entries.

The game is a horizontal bullet hell shooter where
you shoot crazy things and try not to die.

coNTRolS (ghosts of my machinations)

Arrow keys || WASD	- Movement

SCorINg SySTEM (everywhere theres blood)

-Points are awarded for killing enemies.
-Powerups award points if not needed.
-Blood gives more points the more blood you have.
-Excess blood (>1000) awards more points.
-Blood stock is halved upon death.
-I don't fully understand it myself anymore.

2/5-11, v1.00:
-First official release

2/5-11, two minutes later, v1.001:
-Fixed game over screen throwing an error.

3/5-11, v1.3:
-Option power increased.
-Suicide counters added to major enemies to reduce milking. They're possibly too long.
-Surface effect will disable silently rather than throwing errors if interefered with.
-Wrote a fancy readme-file.
-Disabled savestating
-Added fullscreen with Alt+Enter and closing with Alt+F4 as Gates intended.
-You can now quit with Escape on the title screen
-Fullscreen and quitting works on the pause screen
-Pausing can be done at any time
-You can skip the opening cutscene with the action button
-Pink enemy bullets made blue
-Spotslights in the background dimmed
-You get extends every 256,000 points
-Player hitbox made more obviously visible when lasering
-Varied the patterns on the subboss and made most of them easier
-Hopefully fixed a rare bug with score and blood counters not showing
-Lowered the health of projectile enemies
-Changed behaviour of the clover mortar
-Halved power of black laser
-Cool new intro!
-Changed stage boss too. Not telling you how.
-Sounds added for pickups
-HiScore now saves in an easily editable plaintext-file. Yay?
